An operator’s view of design.
I focus on the 20% of design decisions that move 80% of the needle — which means diagnosing the real problem before touching a frame. In fintech, B2B SaaS, and regulated enterprise environments, that discipline isn’t optional: one wrong assumption in a compliance onboarding flow costs months.
My work combines systems thinking, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a high bar for execution. I’ve led design from pre-discovery through production across $1.1B unicorns, European banks, and scale-up analytics platforms.
Since 2023 I also run 80/20 Design — an independent practice for B2B and fintech teams that runs alongside senior IC roles.
