I worked with Wojtek during my first year at Housecall Pro and he is one of the most organized and thorough designers I have worked with. I also appreciated how he kept the knowledge flowing within the tribe - sharing design observations, new industry trends, and sparking conversations that went beyond our immediate projects.

On a personal level, Wojtek was a reliable and supportive colleague. I could always count on him when I was away, and I truly valued our casual design conversations.

He managed this shift very well, ensuring continuity and alignment.

His approach to design is highly detailed, structured, and methodical. He pays close attention to details while keeping the broader product context in mind. The level of preparation, organization, and thought process behind his work positively influenced both project execution and collaboration.

I had an opportunity to work closely with Wojtek as a Product Analyst, providing data for his product design and verifying impact of features he had designed. Wojtek is a very thorough and well-organised person. He believes in data-driven decision making and applies it very consistently in his work. His competences go far beyond designing - Wojtek has proven to be a very inquisitive researcher.
